espeak-gui software package provides graphical user interface for eSpeak, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install espeak-gui
espeak-gui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the espeak-gui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep espeak-gui *
You will get with espeak-gui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
